Cesar Jose “CJ” Jesena is a BS HE-ST graduate from UPLB and holds a Master of Business Management degree from the Asian Institute of Management. He has also completed Marketing, Mall Management, and Retail training programs from national and international associations — among them the International Council of Shopping Centers. CJ held various Senior Management positions across several Consumer Marketing companies and Mall Developers. He is currently with the Shangri-la Plaza Corporation.

With his experience in Lifestyle Marketing and Mall Management, CJ has become a sought-after resource expert and thought partner for the Philippine Retail Industry, inclusive of being one of the regular moderators of the Philippine Retailers Association (PRA) Webinars, “Let’s Talk Retail” Podcast Series Host, and regular member of the Outstanding Filipino Retailers Panel of Judges. He was the Conference Chair for the recently concluded 30th National Retailers Conference & Exposition.
