Project COPE or Monitoring Policies and Mainstreaming in Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Planning Is a UP System project under the UP Resilience Institute. It seeks to determine the impacts of COVID policies to specific sectors or areas of concern, as well as the gaps and sound practices that would help in identifying entry points for disaster risk management (DRM) mainstreaming. The two projects are: Innovations in Volunteer Organizations in Southern Luzon and a Quantitative Study on Health Policy Compliance during Covid-19 in the Philippines.
