The stakeholder satisfaction survey (SSS) is an annual project conducted by DSDS CHE, UPLB. It seeks to determine the level of satisfaction of agencies and recommend mechanisms to improve organizational processes and services delivery. In the past few years, DSDS CHE has undertaken SSS with the Laguna Lake Development, the Philippine National Oil Company, among others.
