The program seeks co-create livelihood projects related to mature agriculture, aquatic and natural resources (AANR) for community development. It brings together various State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) in the country such as DSDS CHE, UPLB, Central Mindanao State University, Mindanao State University – Sulu, Sultan Kudarat State University, Siquijor State College, and Sorsogon State University.
